THE DAILY PILL

Why do you worry when your bitterest rival and competitor do not acknowledge and value your achievements? Naturally, it is difficult to please your competitors.

Do not be carried away by the compliments of your admirers and bootlickers, they will never say anything distasteful about your conduct even if it is bad.

The reality of life is that those who love us normally focus on the good in us and hence make mountain out of our little accomplishments.

Our detractors on the flip side normally look up for our dark side and hence read the vices from our virtuous conduct.

To know the authenticity of praises and condemnations directed to you carefully verify your relationship with that person or group.

*It is no news when your admirers laud you and it is normal when your opponents condemn you.*

May you always do what is right but let the comments of your love ones motivate you and let the words of your detractors caution you.

God bless you.

Good strikers do not only capitalize on the available  chances to score goals in a match, they also create chances to score.

Our greatest challenge in life is not our inabilities but our inability discover our abilities.

Our strongest setback is not lack of opportunities but our inability to create chances.

If you see no opportunity in your life to succeed make conscious efforts to create one to succeed.

*Our ingenuity to create opportunities to succeed is our greatest asset.* Sometimes, we skip over opportunities due to anxiety, fear, negative attitude and indiscipline.

We normally block or waste our own chances to succeed in life.

Golden chances are normally not common and easy to find.

May you be inspired to make use of any least opportunity and even create some for your breakthrough.

May the Lord continue to strengthen and guide you to make it even in a chance-less situation.

Have a great day.

The size of an anthill and the size and the strength of an ant are clear manifestations of possibilities in life.

Our success in life is not based totally on our size, abundant resources and strength.

We might not be too strong and resourced but we can accomplish great things with a diligent life careful punctuated with, purposefulness, discipline, prudence, collaboration and perseverance.

Unless we unearth the hidden gems in us and prudently utilize them, we will always see ourselves as good for nothing.

No matter your weakness, inabilities, struggles and the environment you find yourself, you can do something to help yourself and your society.

*Do not only focus on the magnitude of your efforts, focus on the usefulness of your efforts.*

May you be inspired to bring out the best in you.

Have a fruitful week.

Successful reign is the productive collaborative efforts of the ruler and the ruled.

A powerful king with indifferent subjects cannot produce a powerful kingdom.

The indolence and the negative attitude of  the ruled normally dilute the potency of good rulers.

We may quickly accept God as the ruler our lives but we cannot have a peaceful and a successful kingdom when we have faithlessness and irresponsibility as our cardinal trait.

God is all powerful, but He never imposes His will on us. His unfailing love and zeal to save us makes Him tolerant even when we deserve to die.

Never take the Lord’s leniency for granted. He is using all available avenues today to save us, He will definitely judge us with all seriousness in time to come.

It is not enough to accept Christ as the ruler of your, His rule becomes effective when you actively and consciously collaborate with Him.

God bless you.

Knowing the very nature and date of a particular type of  examination does not make us totally successful, preparation and hard work normally lead to success.

Being certain of the specific day and hour of the coming of the Lord does not automatically grant us entry into heaven. Sanctity of life is a surer way to book our place in heaven.

Invest your time and resources in preparing to meet the future rather than being frightened by the predictions of the future.

*Success and eternity are not attained by chance, they are finest fruits of conscious and diligent efforts.*

Never lead your life solely on predictions and speculations of the future.

Knowledge of the future without a seed of hard work today can never grant you a better future.

May you always focus on what you can do today to brighten your future rather than searching what will happen in future.

Have a great weekend.

It is normal to get wounded when we stay in an injury prone environment but reoccurring injuries gradually weaken us and distort the beauty of the body.

It is natural to make a mistake in life but when it is consistently repeated, it becomes a weakness and gradually draws us closer to failure.

So far as we continue to be human, we are prone to err, but with adequate preparations, vigilance, prudence, and patience we can drastically reduce the number and reoccurrence of errors in our lives.

People may understand and pardon us for a single error, but we give people the chance to question our abilities, dignity and credibility when we do not grow out of our mistakes but repeat them without any sense of guilt.

A mistake in your life does not make you worthless and useless, it cautions you to be up to your task.

May you accept your mistakes, correct them and learn from them to propel your efforts to succeed.

Have a blessed day.

When you see everybody apart from you as bad and a detractor, anybody becomes a probable target to bear responsibility of your difficulties and failures in life.

In as much as we do not accept the responsibility of our actions, we do not only retrogress, we also kill the potentials in others.

How can we accept corrections when we always see ourselves without spot and flaws?

You are not God to be faultless and sole source of all that is good.

Pride and ignorance normally give us the urge to blame others for our own irresponsibility.

You will never progress in life when you always see others as the root cause every problem of yours.

We become proud and hypocritical when we appropriate every good thing in our life to ourselves but accuse everyone for our challenges.

May you always accept your flaws to accept corrections and value the good in others.

God bless you.

What attracts us normally gives us direction and eventually sustains our interest.

People normally accept, love and value us for who we are and where we are, not for who and where were are not.

As soon as we begin to lose what draws people to ourselves, we begin to lose their company and companionship.

One of the greatest hurts and betrayals in life is to be abandoned after a conscious attempt to change to please someone.

Not all changes lead to improvement, always consider the needs of those who love and draw inspiration from you before you change to please them.

We may lose our attractive force, when we change our appearance and our way of doing things in order to please others.

Change to improve the quality of your life, not solely to win the hearts of others, your change can make you worthless and unpopular in their sight.

Be very vigilant of the complexity and the unpredictability of human beings, do not be too quick to change to please them, you might be hated and abandoned.

Beauty does not lie in the mere multiplicity of colours but proper combination of colours.

Wisdom does not solely lie in the accumulated knowledge but proper utilization of knowledge.

We do not necessarily have get everything in life before we can make life meaningful.

Our right attitude towards the little we have and its prudent usage can make life worth living.

Getting enough is not the only way to find success, joy and fulfilment in life.

You will never find fulfilment and happiness in life when your contentment is only based on your aspirations rather what you have been able to achieve.

Learn to value and appreciate what you have and make the best use of it to make life meaningful.

God bless you.

A product with high publicity is not always better and valuable than those with no or low publicity.

Leadership is an opportunity to utilize our gifts in a unique way and publicly. It does not make us better and worthy than those we lead.

Do not be proud to look down on others because of your position and status in your group or generation.

Being a teacher does not automatically make you wiser than your students.

A religious leader is not merely virtuous and holier than those he leads.

A speaker is not always

intelligent and eloquent than the audience.

A guard is not always stronger than the guarded.

Never be carried away by your leadership roles.

There people who are wiser, stronger, eloquent intelligent, holier, virtuous and  responsible than you but they do not have the opportunity to make public the good in them.

Being a leader does not mean you know and can do everything perfectly. Some people can even do it better when given that same chance under similar conditions.

May you always use your leading  role to learn from others and improve the qualities in you and in others.

God bless you and have a great week.
