THE DAILY PILL

We might not get the true winner in a beauty contest when a person with low sense of beauty is chosen as a judge.

You cannot best evaluate your performance based on the applause or the criticism of a person who is not well versed with the activities of your field.

Do not be too happy and adjudge yourself to be the best when you are praised  by an outsider or a critic, he might be judging you based on ignorance or his myopic world view.

Not all commendations are signs good performances and not all criticisms point to abysmal performances.

Be very careful of how you relate your performance with popular acclamation, it might be a confirmation of your mediocrity.

Be very watchful of how you take criticisms, it might be baseless and can discourage you from moving on.

God bless you and have a nice day.

It amounts to self destruction when we Pollute our only source of water and at the same time drink from that very source.

Making unhabitable our only place of abode is as powerful as self curse.

Sometimes our dignity and credibility are partly linked to where we are, who and what we associate with.

You are strongly tagging your family as bad and evil, are you not also part of the family.

You are mute on the qualities of your group and nation but you are consciously highlighting on their weak points to tarnish their reputation to outsiders, is your action not contributing to the current state of your group?

Never think of keeping your image intact when you tarnish the reputation of people and groups which you cannot do without.

Use your sense of morality and  objectivity correct wrongs, not to destroy people and institutions you are related to.

The wellbeing of the ship you are sailing with is your wellbeing.

Be careful of how you broadcast bad news about your group, it will eventually affect you.

God bless you and have a nice day.

Being in the best institution does not ultimately make you the best. It depends on the choices you make in the institution.

You cannot choose to starve and at the same time, expect to be satisfied simply because you live in a restaurant.

You cannot choose to do evil and at the same, expect the abundant blessings of God, all because you are always in the house of God.

We are free to make choices in life but we have no power to change consequences of our choices.

Is it not absurd to consciously and willfully board the vehicle of doom and keenly expect to be in the city of salvation?

Blessings and Curses are normally the results of our choices.

Never think you can hide behind your religion, spirituality and status and expect automatic blessings and breakthroughs when you are not in good terms with your maker.

May you always be careful of the choices you make, they can make or mar your life.

God be with you.

THE DAIL YPILL

The beautiful grass will eventually become a straw.

Do not brag of your current state and accomplishments. They are subject to change, you can easily lose them. Your dignity, credibility, status, influence and position are never static, they can easily be lost when they are not carefully managed.

The one rising is not barred from falling.

Great performers can easily become the greatest flops.

Any repented sinner is a potential sinner.

Any leader is a potential subordinate.

Any victor is a victim in potency.

Any rich person is capable of becoming a pauper.

The unpredictability of life makes no condition is permanent.

Be very careful of how you treat others because of who are today, where you are now, and what you have today. You can lose them tomorrow.

May you always be conversant with the transient nature human qualities and achievements and act with humility and caution.

God bless you and have a fruitful day.

Have you ever thought of why bottled and canned drinks are not always filled to the brim?

Life is such that we will not always get everything intact, so we sometimes have to give allowance to imperfections.

We are not living in an heaven, where perfection is a cardinal trait, we are rather living in the world where the members are pilgrims to perfection.

We might be struggling to be perfect but we are sometimes amazed and even find it extremely difficult to live with the inadequacies of others.

Why are you too surprise to see people mourning at a funeral?

Our greatest source of anxiety is not the struggle for perfection but to tune our ears always to hear everything done spotlessly in this error-prone world.

How can we successfully correct imperfections if we do not encounter them?

Accommodating the inadequacies is not a confirmation of mediocrity but a conscious move to accept and cope with the reality of life

As you ardently aspire to be perfect, may you learn to cope with and correct imperfections.

Have a blessed day

Life is like a journey, we are moved to make conscious but adequate preparation when we know the specific destination, distance and challenges in the journey.

Those who set out for a journey out of emotional decision, hence, do not plan, are easily discouraged and eventually get stuck on the way.

In our social, religious, political and economic lives, success is not for the unconscious and unfocused minds but it is for those who make conscious and reasonable decisions towards their set goal.

Ignorance of our goal.

Ignorance of the means to reach our goal.

Ignorance of the setbacks in reaching our goals are some of the greatest hindrances to progress.

Do not just decide or act, it is prudent to weigh the consequences.

Do not just follow the crowd, it is better to know and stick to your goal in life.

Your character, personality and destiny are hugely hinged on the conscious and unconscious decisions you make.

May you always balance how you feel with how you think.

God bless you.

It is better to move and fall than to remain motionless, we learn from the fall.

It is better to act and fail than to remain passive, we grow out of the failure.

One of the greatest setbacks to progress is the fear of falling and failure.

Failure is not a mark of the weak and the worthless. It is an opportunity to re-correct yourself and to redirect your goal in life.

Depending on your attitude towards failure, it can either energize you to move on or discourage you to retrogress.

Failure can impede your progress but it does not prevent your progress.

Success best appreciated when it borne out of obstacles and failure.

Never let failure bring you down but grow out of failure to bring out the best in you.

God be with you.

The sharpest knife can never sharpen itself.

It not surprising to see a dentist having a serious dental problem.

A great farmer could die of hunger.

A great motivator can die unmotivated.

Do not be too proud and complacent with your pgifts, skills and strength, there are days ahead that you cannot even use them for your own good.

Your potentials, power, strength and position are never constant for you to completely lean on them.

Use what you have today to uplift others so that they can also get the strength to help you when you are down tomorrow.

May you be strengthened in all that you do.

God bless you.

We do not only rely on the beautiful decoration of a product to determine its quality.

We do not only rely on the simple and ordinary appearances of people to judge their worth.

Messages may appear too simple and familiar but they make sense the more we reflect on them.

Do not just accept or reject people, products, policies and ideas based on their external looks or a remark about them.

Beauty does not merely guarantee quality.

Ugliness does not automatically presuppose worthlessness.

May you always be more reflective in your perception, judgement and decision.

Have a blessed day.
