LISTENING FILTERS

We normally become what we feed on. Do not expect to be healthy when you heavily depend on junk food.

What we mostly listen to mostly forms our world view and influences our actions.

Many will admonish and direct you,
You will see and hear a lot but you need prudence to decipher what is useful and relevant to your time and situation.

Filter what you hear, not all will promote your joy, peace and progress.
